Support that meets you where you are

From EMDR to Brainspotting, find the approach that fits your healing.

Space to pause and breathe.

Life doesn't pause when you're overwhelmed.
The world doesn't slow down when you're grieving, anxious, or carrying trauma.

Therapy gives you space...

➺ to pause

➺ to breathe

➺ to reconnect

➺ to not have to carry it all alone.

At Healing Current Trauma Therapy, I offer telehealth therapy in Massachusetts & Rhode Island for people who are ready to feel differently about themselves, their relationships, and their story.

This isn’t therapy that asks you to fit a mold. It's support that adapts to you, your needs, your pace, and your truth.

Not sure what kind of therapy you need? That’s okay.

You don't have to figure it all out before reaching out.

Many people come to therapy unsure of what they need they, just know they want something to change.

Below, you'll find the four core ways I support clients. If you're not sure which one's the right fit, we can talk through it together during your consultation.

Trauma Therapy Services

EMDR Therapy

A powerful, evidence-based trauma therapy that helps the brain process painful experiences without having to relive them. Ideal for clients ready to heal old wounds and feel more grounded in the present.

An EMDR-trained therapist doing an EMDR Therapy session with a client.
Man laying on the couch doing an EMDR Intensives session on his device.

EMDR Intensives

Focused, deep-dive therapy designed to support meaningful transformation in a shorter amount of time. Ideal for clients feeling stuck or wanting more concentrated healing.

IFS-Informed EMDR

A blended approach that combines Internal Family Systems with EMDR, helping you understand and heal the different parts of yourself while reprocessing trauma at its root. Ideal for clients who want deeper insight alongside trauma resolution.

Woman on her couch having a Brainspotting telehealth therapy session on her phone.

Brainspotting Therapy

A gentle, body-based approach that locates and releases trauma stored in the nervous system, often reaching what talk therapy alone can't. Ideal for clients seeking a more somatic path to healing.
