You might be feeling heavy. Exhausted. Like you're doing your best just to hold it together.
Maybe you've tried therapy before, or perhaps this is your first time considering it.
Either way, you're here, searching for something to help.
Some clarity. Some peace. Some relief.
At Healing Current Trauma Therapy, I'm here to meet you exactly where you are and walk with you toward something better.
I'm not here to give advice or slap labels on your pain.
I'm here to hold space — compassionately, consistently and without judgment.
My approach is trauma-informed, identity-affirming, and rooted in the belief that you already hold the wisdom you need to heal. I'm just here to help you access it.
Whether you're working through anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or patterns that feel stuck, therapy can help you understand yourself more deeply and move you forward with more clarity and calm.
What I offer:
I specialize in providing telehealth therapy in Massachusetts, & Rhode Island for individuals who want to:
-
Feel more regulated and less overwhelmed
-
Break cycles that feel impossible to change
-
Explore identity and self-worth in a safe, affirming space
-
Reconnect with themselves and others
-
Stop just surviving and start living

- Why telehealth therapy? -
You deserve support that works with your life, not against it.
Through telehealth therapy, you can meet with a licensed therapist from your home, your car, or your office, wherever feels most comfortable and accessible.
No commute. No awkward waiting rooms. Just real support, wherever you are in Massachusetts.
My promise to you
➺ You'll be heard, not judged.
➺ You'll be met with compassion, not pressure.
➺ Your identity will be affirmed, not questioned.
➺ You'll be supported as you explore, grow, and reclaim your power.
Healing doesn't mean fixing what's "broken." It means coming back home to yourself and letting go of the stories that say you're too much or not enough.

EMDRIA Approved Consultant-In-Training™
Warm, insightful, and grounded, Lindsay brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and deep empathy to her work.
With extensive training in EMDR and trauma recovery, she specializes in helping clients reconnect with themselves, navigate difficult emotions, and build resilience.
Lindsay is especially passionate about supporting the 2SLGBTQQIA+ community, people experiencing medical trauma, neurodivergent individuals, and those recovering from complex trauma.
I chose social work because of my passion for helping people live their best lives and my commitment to social justice. With over 15 years of experience in this field, I've seen how restoring relationships with ourselves and our loved ones can help us navigate the challenging times we live in.
I believe we all have an innate ability to grow and learn, and I view my clients as the experts in their own lives. My work is rooted in compassion, empathy, and curiosity. I love the therapeutic process, educating clients and other professionals, and connecting to our holistic Self.
I'm thrilled to offer EMDR, IFS-Informed EMDR, and Brainspotting, as I particularly love helping people heal from big T and little T trauma. One of my other primary clinical interests is helping people with chronic illness, physical disabilities, and medical trauma. As an amputee also living with a rare chronic medical condition, I can support others navigating life with a disability or medical condition in a unique, compassionate way.

Outside of therapy...
When I'm not working, I'm usually recharging by playing with my dog, Lyla, taking improv classes, watching improv with friends, making music playlists, or playing card and board games.
As a human first and therapist second, I know the importance of rest, boundaries, and laughing at memes to get through hard days.
